The appetizers are a triumph of abundance and delight, with all the scents and tastes of the earth: from Sienese salami to typical tuscan cheeses, from grilled, breaded or fried vegetables to hand cut prosciutto with bufala mozzarella.
The first dishes are defining examples of both the best tuscan tradition, with its heat and uniqueness, and typical roman cuisine, with all of its character and voracity: from the celebrated ribollita to pasta and fagioli, and from pici with boars meat ragu to the amatriciane and carbonare doc.
From among the side dishes, we suggest the “fagioli zolfini”, typical of Pratomagno, which are slowly cooked in a special pot over wood burning coals according to ancient tradition, and compliment all of our best meats.
At Girarrosto Fiorentino all of our meat is cooked exclusively on the centrally located wood burning grill visible for all to see: florentine steak, châteaubriand, entrecôte, and a precious selection of quality chianina meat.
